Evaluates, designs, analyzes and maintains all WAN/LAN transport for new and existing sites.
Installs, configures, optimizes and maintains routers and layer 2 and 3 switches along with other networking equipment.
Installs, maintains, and administers Cisco hardware, software and tools.
Provides 2nd and 3rd tier support for corporate and campus networks.
Develops, supports and implements network standards, processes and security to maintain corporate IT standards.
Develops, updates and audits network documentation.
Analyzes project needs/requirements and recommends network systems and hardware.
Develops, maintains and communicates project plans and status updates.
5+ years of experience with Cisco routers and switches years of
5+ experience with networking systems years of experience with TCP/IP
Network security experience a plus
Network analysis and monitoring experience a plus Experience with Routers, Firewalls, VPNs, IP Telephony, WAN, LAN, LAN/WAN Hardware, and protocols
Experience with Palo Alto Firewalls, and Riverbed
Occasional travel to a variety of domestic and international locations on-call responsibilities for after hours support as required
